The CrossFit method is performing functional movements that are constantly varied at high intensity. CrossFit is core strength and conditioning program, Core as based around two terms, the use of fundamental core compound exercises that mimic daily life and primarily use the bodies core, bringing maximal results and general physical preparedness.

The CrossFit program is designed to elicit a broad adaptation response to as wider domain as possible. CrossFit is not a specialized fitness program but a deliberate attempt to optimize physical competence in each of ten recognized fitness domains.

What is CrossFit?

Scalable: All workouts are completely scalable to allow any person to take part. All weights, movements, reps and times can be reduced or increased to maximize the intensity for all involved.

Functional movements: Movements that are natural or benefit everyday life, such as lifting, running, jumping, squatting and pressing.

Varied: The workouts are constantly varied to prepare the body and mind for general physical preparedness. The ensuring the body and mind is capable of pressing the same weight the same amount of times or running the same route in the same time on the same days.

High intensity: The workout are scalable to allow all participant to complete the workout with high intensity and safely, this will bring about the most benefit and quickest results.

Community: Friendly competition, and motivation is what can drive us all when the wods are tough or the weights are heavy. We will work hard and as a community come together on social media or round a BBQ.
