can be written up tailored to your individual goals. All aspects of your fitness such as fitness testing and mobility can be looked at if you are finding an exercise difficult. If yo

u are new to exercise then we can teach and demonstrate the fundamentals of training in the privacy of a gym to yourself with your music.

If you are not achieving the results we can look at your lifestyle and potentially find a weak point, which is slowing your progression.

SPORTS MASSAGE:

Whether you have a sports specific injury, tight neck/ back or just want a general maintenance massage to get you feeling revitalized then I can cater for you need. No set routines or movements but fully tailored to your needs, deep tissue, myofascial release, joint mobilization and more.

CrossFit, personal training and sports massage can be combined to a package, were you can come in, train, and have your progress measured and recorded and then massage your muscles back to life after your hard work………

Anyone suffering from back, knee, hip or any other type of pain could often benefit from a sports massage! Unless you have a specific injury or illness many complaints can often be sorted from good old fashioned massage and stretching.
